Since its establishment in 2002, Geo-Young has grown to become the dominant player in pharmaceutical distribution within Korea. Building on this foundation, the company has diversified itsportfolio to include 3PL/4PL, Hospital GPO, Radiopharmaceuticals, and Healthcare IT solidifying its position as the leading healthcare service provider in Korea.

Geo-Young's pharmaceutical distribution enterprise traces its origins back to the acquisition of Carebest, a former subsidiary of SK Network. Over time, through a
well-planned and strategic sequence of acquisitions involving key pharmaceutical distributors in regions including Gangwon, Yeungnam, Honam, Daejeon, Jeju, and Chungcheong, the company has firmly established itself as thepreeminent and most extensive pharmaceutical logistics network throughout Korea.

Regarding Geo-Young's Hospital GPO business, the company has consistently held the top position ever since acquiring Carecamp, which was previously a subsidiary of Samsung C&T.
In the realm of Healthcare IT,Geo-Young, through its subsidiaries including Cresoty
(a Pharmacy IT solution provider) and 4C gate and NS Smart (Hospital IT providers),
proudly commands a market-leading share in Korea.

A key driver behind this impressive growth was Geo-Young's proactive and resolute investments in logistics infrastructure. In 2007, the company inaugurated the Incheon Hub center, pioneering theintroduction of 2-3 daily deliveries for the first time in Korea.

Additionally, the launch of the Cheonan Hub center in 2021, equipped with
state-of-the-art automation facilities and advanced cold chain capabilities,
has garnered significant attention from both domestic and international pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. This expansion has also accelerated the development of new 3PL and 4PL businesses.

Today, Geo-Young is committed to transcending its role as the largest pharmaceutical distributor and evolving into a comprehensive healthcare platform that actively contributes to the well-being of theKorean population.
